great stuff…I truly respect Simon for his ability to dish out what the situation calls for, whether that be criticism or praise. above & beyond that was the contestant’s performance…like a diamond in the rough. It makes me wonder what kind of diamonds I pass by every day without giving a second thought to scratch below the surface of our superficial interactions to see what may possibly lie beneath.
